Toning Tables – Stay Toned with Low-Impact Excercises

We have six Relax-A-Size toning tables that you can use for low-impact exercises. We encourage you to use resistance while using the tables to stay fit and tighten up those muscles.

If you’re recovering from a recent injury, or want to start up a new fitness regimen, these tables will get you started on the right path. Keep those muscles loose with a massage therapy session to prevent injury.

No appointments necessary. The Rhanes Spa staff will assist you if needed.
