Spa Policy for Day Spa & Tanning Salon Customers

Rhanes Spa Policy

We want to give our customers the best experience when you schedule a spa service. Please take a look at our spa policy; if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to answer them.

Please call at least 24 hours in advance to book your spa treatment. We are a small business, and we cannot guarantee same day, walk-in appointments without interrupting other spa guests’ reserved time. We place customers on a waiting list should a cancellation open up a time slot.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your appointment; if you’re a new customer, you need to fill out an intake form.

Late Arrivals

Any late arrivals will receive the remaining amount of time scheduled of their appointment, so other spa guests’ reserved time are not delayed. Late arrivals will still receive the full charged amount of their treatment.


We understand situations happened, but out of respect for our Esthetician and Massage Therapist’s time reserved for you, we need at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

New clients booking any spa treatments over $50 will have to reserve their appointment with a credit card.

Last minute cancellations and no-show customers will be charged or invoiced for the full amount of the service, and will be required to pre-pay any future spa services.

Lost Items

We highly recommend that all tanning or spa customers leave their valuables at home. The Rhanes Spa staff is not responsible for lost/misplaced items.

Small Children

Our day spa is not set up for child care. Please make arrangements for your children prior to your spa appointment. Customers may not leave young kids unsupervised during spa or tanning sessions.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards never expire, and customers can place orders at our spa, over the phone, or through email. We can ship gift cards through mail or deliver e-gift cards through email. Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Customers may not combined multiple gift cards per service. Customers must present their gift cards at the front desk to redeem them. No-call, no-shows will have their gift cards voided.

Gift card users can call our day spa during business hours or leave a message to book an appointment. Please do not use our online booking system, as it doesn’t redeem gift cards, thank you.

Electronic Devices

Please leave your cell phone or any other electronic devices on silence or turned off, as a courtesy to other spa guests, and so your relaxation time is not interrupted.

Payment Choices

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover to pay for your products and services. We do accept Spa & Wellness gift cards.

Paypal invoicing is available; please request this option and leave the email associated to your Paypal account at the front desk.

As of January 2018, we no longer accept checks.
